Contact us before returning any item. Return eligibility depends on the product category, item condition, original packaging, hygiene considerations, and the circumstances of the request.

30-day return request period

Unless a product page says otherwise, eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Requests are reviewed before approval. Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from preference-based returns.

Starting a return request

Use our contact form and include your order number, the item involved, the reason for the request, and photos when relevant. Do not send a package back until return instructions have been provided.

Condition requirements

Eligible items generally need to be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging, components, accessories, and proof of purchase. Items that show wear, damage unrelated to delivery, missing parts, or improper use may not qualify.

Hygiene-sensitive products

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, facial-care supplies, nail tools, and other personal-care items may be ineligible for return unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Review product-specific information before opening or using an item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly after delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. These cases are reviewed separately from preference-based return requests.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after another resolution is authorized. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

Shipping charges and duties

Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error for which the store accepts responsibility.
