SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Nolera uses third-party suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment partners, including Zendrop, to fulfill certain orders.

Processing

Orders require processing before shipment.

Processing times vary based on supplier availability, warehouse location, product availability, weekends, holidays, order volume, and other operational factors.

Any processing or shipping estimate shown on the store is an estimate based on information reasonably available to us at the time unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Shipping estimates

Delivery estimates may vary by product and destination.

Some Nolera products may ship domestically, while others may ship from international fulfillment facilities.

For that reason, customers should rely on the delivery estimate presented for the applicable order rather than assuming every product has the same delivery time.

Federal shipping requirements

Nolera intends to ship orders within the time represented to the customer.

Under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers must have a reasonable basis for the shipping timeframe they advertise. If no shipping timeframe is stated, the seller generally must have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within 30 days. If shipment cannot occur within the applicable timeframe, delay/cancellation and refund requirements can apply.

Accordingly, when we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the promised or legally applicable timeframe, we may:

Provide a revised shipping estimate and applicable cancellation option; seek consent to a delay where required; or cancel the affected order and issue the appropriate refund.

Shipping versus delivery

A shipping date refers to when an order is transferred for delivery.

A delivery estimate refers to when the carrier is expected to deliver the package.

Carrier delivery times may be affected by conditions outside our direct control after shipment.

Split shipments

Products within a single order may be sourced or fulfilled from different locations.

Therefore, an order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will generally be provided through the contact information associated with the order.

Carrier tracking may not update immediately after a label is created.

Address responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We may attempt to correct an address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee address modifications after processing or shipment.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a shipment, or an unauthorized forwarding request may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Customs and international orders

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by destination governments or carriers.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, those charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delays

Delivery delays can occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, holidays, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses, security inspections, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.

This does not eliminate any cancellation or refund right that applicable law provides when shipment itself is delayed beyond the permitted period.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

The shipping address; household members; mailrooms or building reception; package lockers; carrier delivery notes; and nearby secure delivery locations.

You may also need to contact the carrier.

If the package remains missing, contact Nolera so we can review the available tracking and fulfillment records.

A carrier's “delivered” scan does not automatically determine every disputed-delivery claim; cases will be reviewed based on available evidence and applicable law.

Risk and title

Any transfer of title or risk of loss will be governed by applicable law and the terms legally applicable to the transaction.

Nothing in this policy is intended to shift a risk to a customer where applicable law places that risk on the seller.
